Oyster Bar

The oyster bar is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines on the Île de Ré. Les Huîtres de St-Clément is proud to offer you a selection of oysters from the Île de Re that you can enjoy here or take home with you. To suit all tastes, les Huîtres de St-Clément offers a broad seasonal menu.

Whether you’ve come to visit the Phare des Baleines lighthouse or you’re on your way to Plage de la Conche beach, take the time to stop by Les Huîtres de St-Clément.

The oyster bar is proud to offer you a fresh and constantly updated selection of fine de claire, flat and cupped oysters. The oysters come from La Ferme des Baleines in St-Clément and from other oyster farms on the Île de Ré. The restaurant proposes a seasonal menu to satisfy all tastes.

We sell oysters both closed and shucked, on platters to take away or to enjoy right at the bar. We are open throughout the year. Come awaken your senses with a taste of the merroir of the Île de Ré.
